Company Overview: Our leading ride share client is seeking a Designer to join their growing Growth Creative Team.

Position Overview: As a Designer, you'll create pixel-perfect designs from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find data-driven solutions and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Design emails, in-app content, blog posts, landing pages, product naming, and educational materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Utilize research to balance audience needs with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members.
• Adapt quickly to changing timelines and last-minute requests.
• Take ownership of creative projects with guidance from senior leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of design experience.
• Proficiency in composition, typography, color theory, and imagery.
• Illustration experience required and ideally some animation experience as well.
• Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design skills.
• Understanding of web design, responsive design, email marketing, video production, 3D, and animation.
• Ability to leverage iterative testing, data, and insights.
• Detail-oriented with a flexible approach to execution.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking.
• Illustration and motion graphics capabilities.
