Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 (Hybrid Schedule)

Pay Rate: $30 – $34 per hour
Job Summary:
Join a Renowned Private University Medical Enterprise as D esktop Support Technician to provide technical support to our user community. The ideal candidates will assist with troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and peripherals while ensuring superior customer service. Responsibilities include imaging PCs, laptops, and MACs using SCCM and Casper, installing printers, activating network ports, and assisting remote users. The role also involves user and departmental moves as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Image and deploy PCs, laptops, and MACs using SCCM and Casper.

Install printers and activate network ports, including desktop patching in IDF.

Assist with user and department relocations and support remote sites as needed.

Document and escalate service issues to management for resolution.

Maintain records of parts inventory and prepare defective parts for manufacturer shipment.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience: 1 years in an IT setting.

Technical Skills: Experience with or exposure to:

Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10, OS X

Software: Office 2010, Office 2016

Enterprise Applications: Cerner, Footprints, Kronos

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in desktop support.
