Location: 100% remote, MUST reside in: CA, TX, UT, WA, MN, NJ, PA

Pay Rate: $60-67/ HR

Employment Type: 6-month W2 Assignment, potential to extend/ convert

Our client, a leader in computer hardware/ software is looking for a passionate communications professional to join their People Solutions team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering clear, compelling communications about the company's people strategy and programs to a global audience.

 

Job Description

  • Collaborate with People Center of Excellence leads to create effective communications around people strategy and programs.
  • Provide guidance and messaging best practices to People program owners to ensure clear and engaging communication for employees.
  • Partner with business people partners to tailor regional communications for diverse audiences.
  • Write and edit copy for various deliverables (emails, FAQs, presentations).
  • Work with marketing communications to execute People communications initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for content development and support.
  • Participate in special project teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive communication plans with goals, messages, timelines, and metrics.
  • Proven ability to create presentations, emails, and FAQs.
  • Self-starter with a track record of performing well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Creative communicator with a passion for employee engagement and change management.
