Job Title: Engineering (Maintenance) Technician I
Location: Woodinville, Washington 98072
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension or conversion)
Pay Rate: Up to $33/hr
Role Overview:
As an Engineering (Maintenance) Technician I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your primary responsibility will be the maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of various dispensing equipment, conveyor belts, printers, and box forming and closing equipment. While your focus will primarily be on the Kugler filling line, you will also work with the Cavalla and Pallay Pack filling lines, handling small volume vials and cap or foil sealing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventive maintenance, equipment service, and installations as scheduled.
– Diagnose the root cause of equipment malfunctions and conduct maintenance on electronic or operational components.
– Maintain detailed system logs or manuals to document equipment testing and operation.
– Troubleshoot, adjust, reassemble, or replace defective circuitry, electronic components, or other equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
– Background in Engineering or Scientific field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
– 1-4 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
– Preferred mechanical service/repair experience.
– Familiarity with PLCs (programmable logical controllers) is advantageous.
– Hands-on experience in maintaining automated production lines is highly desirable.
– Technical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences) is a plus.
