Schedule: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday Onsite | Friday Remote)
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Environmental Queue Coordinator to support environmental project review workflows and tracking processes. This role is responsible for managing project intake, routing reviews, tracking project status, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently through the review process.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a high-volume workload, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming project requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Route projects to appropriate reviewers and track progress through completion.
- Monitor workflow timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project status.
- Maintain accurate project data and perform regular quality assurance reviews.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports to support operational and compliance needs.
- Assist with troubleshooting workflow system issues and support system administration activities.
- Train users on workflow processes and maintain training documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Support continuous improvement of workflow and tracking processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree and/or 2 years of equivalent education or work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, environmental services, utilities, operations, compliance, permitting, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project tracking systems, workflow management tools, or database administration.
- Experience with SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with environmental, regulatory, utility, permitting, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Experience generating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining data integrity.
