Location: San Jose, CA

6-month assignment (potential to extend)

Pay Rate: $35-40/hour

 

Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Desktop Technician to provide dedicated IT support to C-Level executives and their teams within a Fortune 200 company. This role demands strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset to ensure seamless IT experiences for top leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT support to C-Level executives and their direct reports.
  • Build trust with leadership by understanding and addressing their unique technical needs.
  • Collaborate with broader IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Develop and update IT procedures tailored for C-Suite support.
  • Flexible with working hours, including off-hours and travel (domestic/international).
  • Support executive events such as earnings calls, board meetings, and all-hands meetings.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues across Mac, PC, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, and modern technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and server technologies.
  • Customer-service focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize urgent situations.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years IT support in a large corporate setting.
  • 1 years supporting C-Level executives.
  • Experience with high-stakes executive events and handling critical technical issues for leadership.
