Junior Manager, Global Partner Programs
Location: San Jose, CA (Remote)
6-month assignment (potential to extend / convert)
Pay Rate: $60-65/ HR
Our computer software client is looking for Junior Manager to join their Global Partner Programs team to work on an award-winning program, Partnerverse. In this role, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the creation and management of a Partner Program that rewards, engages, and enables our partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Parnerverse Program
- Understand how Partner Programs operate and quickly adapt and learn partner program processes.
- Answer high level Program questions that partners may ask directly or via Programs team support queue.
- Familiarize yourself with Technology Partners/ Integration Partners and products to be able to review if an interested partner is complementary or competitive.
- Utilize your attention to detail and be comfortable doing initial reviews on partner applications or customer success submissions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding Technology Partners into Partnerverse and explain how to progress through the different partner tiers.
Project Management
- Utilize your familiarity with Partner Program Benefits and be comfortable leading select benefits while tracking progress of partners who are participating in the benefits.
- Collaborate with strong written and verbal communication skills for clear decision making while working with other cross-functional teams (including Finance, Education, Marketing, Operations, Legal) on projects
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- This is an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure, high-visibility role
- 5+ years of partner or partner program related position
- Current experience in a high growth software enterprise company
- Strong project and organizational skills
- Familiar with Salesforce and Google workspace
