Pay Rate: $40-$50/ HR

3 Months W2, Full-Time Position, Possible extension and conversion

Requirements

  • Longevity in work history is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, employment law, industrial relations, or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in human resources, behavioral or social science, or organizational psychology
  • Experience in employment law and/or employee relations
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing high-level customer service
  • Ability to work with various stakeholder and employee groups
  • Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to handle confidential HR information

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Policy development experience
  • Experience in higher education or employment law
  • Knowledge of best practices for investigations and reducing bias
  • Ability to train staff on policies, laws, and industry trends

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and workplace concerns
  • Provide strategic support and coaching on employee performance
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters
  • Analyze trends and develop proactive solutions
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and regulations
  • Support organizational changes and strategic initiatives
