Pay Rate: $40/ HR
We are seeking a candidate with prior media buying experience in social platforms, such as Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat. This must be clearly demonstrated on your resume for consideration. This team, at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, is responsible for activating campaigns across various entities, including Home Entertainment, Television, and Distribution. The ideal candidate will embody a start-up mentality, being ambitious, hands-on, and eager to shape the future of digital marketing within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage performance media campaigns, including campaign execution, budget management, creative trafficking, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Optimize media campaigns daily using various technologies and buying platforms to reach target audience segments effectively.
- Deliver regular reporting to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and stay updated on industry trends to enhance expertise across performance platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in paid digital media
- Proficiency in digital audience platforms such as DV360, TradeDesk, and Amazon DSP
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, Data Table)
- Knowledge of the digital media/marketing landscape, with a focus on addressable media
- Experience with biddable media planning, strategy, and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with DoubleClick and other 3rd party tracking solutions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting short deadlines in a collaborative environment.
