Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead concurrent complex software releases.
- Address upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, and bottlenecks proactively.
- Communicate project status effectively to cross-functional teams and upper management.
- Be responsive and proactive in improving development efficiency and accountability.
- Adapt processes and structures to suit the team size and project requirements.
- Identify risks and necessary mitigations to ensure schedules and quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with various functional groups to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical degree.
- 6+ years of experience in program management.
- Ability to coordinate among geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with the OKR framework for tracking deliverables and impact on business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of Flash technologies and storage concepts is a plus.
