Pay Rate: $102.59/hr.
On behalf of our client a Fortune 500 Software company we are seeking for a Program Manager III. You will play a pivotal role in leading a strategic change management program aimed at driving organizational transformation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment and successful implementation of program goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution, evaluation, and refinement of a strategic change management program to drive organizational transformation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, product management, user research, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of program goals.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Identify and address potential obstacles and resistance to change, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program adoption.
- Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change initiative and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams, providing regular updates on program progress and escalating issues as necessary.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on driving change initiatives within complex organizational environments.
