Western Digital is seeking to fill a Project Manager position to support the Director of Maintenance and Operations in completion a 2M square foot campus-wide maintenance shut-down in June of 2024. The Project Manager will work the entire project life cycle from pre-shut down to close-out. The candidate must at least 10 years of a demonstrated and proven track record of successfully managing projects and programs in scope, on time and in budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Manager will take a leadership role delivering key transformational initiatives throughout the company, including responsibility for coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams to achieve the project’s scope and objectives.
The Project Manager will also have responsibility for directing assigned project team resources (both permanent and temporary/consulting resources) in a matrixed organizational structure.
To be successful in this role, the Project Manager must be able to build close, collaborative relationships with the various cross-functional leaders, project team members and other impacted stakeholders across business and IT.
The Project Manager should be comfortable interacting with all levels of project team members, subject matter experts, management and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment
Exceptional program and project management skills with at least 10 years of a demonstrated and proven track record of successfully managing projects and programs in scope, on time and in budget

Proficient experience using construction management software such as Prolog, Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam
