Location: Remote (Open to Southern California)
Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday

$42.00/hr. – $45.00/hr.(non-exempt)
The interview process includes 2-3 steps via video/Teams.
On behalf of our client a private university located in Los Angeles, CA. we are seeking for a Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst that will work under the supervision of department leadership to design, develop, implement, and maintain revenue cycle information systems. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Soarian and HL7, alongside expertise in Patient Access and Revenue Cycle management. The analyst will collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain systems such as Siemens MedSeries 4, Cerner, and Change Healthcare. Act as the administrator for revenue cycle systems by ensuring data integrity, performing software upgrades, and managing vendor communication.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues within Soarian and related third-party applications. Provide customer service to address system questions, concerns, and enhancement requests.
· Develop and maintain simple to intermediate reports using IBM Showcase, QlikView, and other systems.
· Conduct need-gap analyses, document IT specifications, and design workflows to meet user needs.
· Participate in multiple projects, manage individual work efforts, and report on project progress.
· Train users on new systems and applications, ensuring smooth rollouts and system upgrades.
· Identify opportunities for business transformation and system enhancements using innovative problem-solving techniques.
· On-Call Duties: Provide after-hours support and other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
· AA degree and 2+ years of hands-on Soarian application experience.
· 2+ years of experience in HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle.
· Troubleshooting experience with Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
· Knowledge of IT practices and system activities (ITIL standards preferred)
