SEC Reporting Manager
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – Flexibility to be on-site as needed)
3-Month Assignment (potential to extend or convert)
Pay: $100-115 / hour
Our client, a Fortune 300 a computer hard drive disk manufacturer and data storage company, is looking for a SEC Reporting Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the SEC, including preparing of financial statements, Notes, MD&A.
- Oversee accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).
- Prepare the statement of cash flows.
- Prepare the Form 8-K for the quarterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science with concentration in accounting
- 7 years of experience
- Experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong experience using Workiva.
- Strong knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation.
- Ability to prepare a statement of cash flows.
- Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside finance.
