Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Up to 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Monday & Tuesday | 9/80 Schedule
Pay Rate: $63–$71/hour
Position Overview
A large public-sector organization serving Southern California is seeking a Senior IT Enterprise Analyst to support its Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 environment. This position will provide technical and functional support across Financials, Project & Grants Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle EBS development and support experience, including hands-on expertise with Oracle development tools and at least 3 years of Project and Grants Management/Accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support and enhance Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials, Project & Grants Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement modules.

Partner with business users to gather requirements and design, configure, develop, and implement solutions.

Develop customizations, integrations, workflows, reports, and application enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS production issues.

Support application patches, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality.

Develop technical documentation and provide guidance to system users.

Lead or participate in application-related projects from planning through implementation.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.

3 years of experience with Oracle Project and Grants Management/Accounting.

Strong Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 technical and functional experience.

Hands-on experience with OAF, Java, JDeveloper, Workflow, PL/SQL, SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports, and BI/XML Publisher.

Experience supporting Oracle Financials, Inventory, and Procurement.

Experience with Oracle EBS production support, enhancements, patches, and upgrades.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment sponsorship.

Ability to work onsite in downtown Los Angeles on Mondays and Tuesdays.
