Operations Business Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote – Must live in PST)
12+ Month Assignment (potential to extend / convert)
Pay: $44-46 / HR
Our client, a leading private university in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Operations Business Analyst to join their team. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in Business Administration of ServiceNow and provide direct support to the Director on ad hoc projects and in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Business Administration support of ServiceNow
- Utilize ServiceNow reporting tool and manage ad hoc projects.
- Utilize MS Office suite by creating and maintaining department templates.
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document findings.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role.
- Experience with ServiceNow report writing tool.
- Experience or familiarity with using and supporting ServiceNow.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
