Senior Business Applications Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, (Remote) Must be PST
12 months, with potential for extension
Pay rate: $55-$60/hr.
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
On behalf of our client a private university located in Los Angeles, CA we are seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst to collaborate with external vendors, system owners, contractors, and leadership teams to design, develop, implement, and operationalize Business Application information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and internal teams to design, implement, and support business application systems.
· Participate in full life-cycle implementations, including scoping, requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and go-live support.
· Provide operational support and manage ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
· Develop and configure application systems, ensuring smooth integration with other enterprise systems.
· Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and support system functionality.
Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, OR 8 years of equivalent work experience without a bachelor's degree.
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT applications, with at least 3 years in an IS healthcare setting.
· 2 years of experience in full life-cycle implementations, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live support.
· Strong experience with Kronos Timekeeping and Scheduling (Kronos Workforce Central).
· Familiarity with UKG Pro (Kronos Dimensions) is a plus.
· Proficiency in configuring applications, supporting interfaces, and reporting within solutions.
· Experience with systems like Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Finance/Procurement/Supply Chain systems.
· Experience with advanced reporting tools such as SQL, QlikView, Lawson Business Intelligence, Infor Business Intelligence, and Kronos Genies.
