Salary Budgeted: $133,00-$160,000

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (required), Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience preferred in designing and developing solutions on Salesforce clouds, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development: Analyze events, documentation, requirements, and needs to design and develop solutions on Salesforce Clouds. Formulate scope and objectives, utilizing critical analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Performance Improvement/Transformation/Innovation: Actively participate in performance improvement activities, and business transformation, and use innovation to enhance/solve current system and business workflow problems. Be a subject matter expert for implementing and managing the Salesforce CRM solution.
- Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge: Work independently on complex system activities, projects, and operational support-related. Understand application build, design, and technical infrastructure. Stay informed on emerging trends and evolving technologies related to the CRM environment.
- Team Work and Project Management: Help establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Work on projects throughout the organization, monitor and report on project task progress, and manage work efforts for projects. May lead large projects and facilitate team and cross-functional meetings.
- Training & Resource Management: Train and mentor new/current staff members. Collaborate with customers and/or vendors, providing training on new CRM functions being implemented and rolled out for use in the enterprise.
- Customer Service: Handle customer questions and complaints, communicate with customers, and handle service problems and tickets politely and efficiently. Maintain a pleasant and professional image, serving both internal department users, vendors, and peers within IS.
Assignment Information:
- Hybrid, Local is a MUST, remote OK after an initial period
- Work hours: 8:00 – 5:00 pm
- 2-3 steps Video/Teams interview process
