Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote – PST hours)
6-month W2 assignment
Pay: $65-75/HR
Our client, a leading private university in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Integration Developer with direct experience in supporting clinical and operational system interfaces. This role is responsible for production support of critical interfaces within a healthcare environment, ensuring the smooth exchange of data across multiple systems. Hands-on experience with Cloverleaf and Rhapsody interface engines is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for interfaces that connect clinical, financial, and operational systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface-related issues in real-time to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Maintain and configure interface engines (Cloverleaf and Rhapsody) to support data exchange across hospital applications.
- Collaborate with application, clinical, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow.
- Assist with interface design, testing, and deployment as needed.
- Document interface configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with both Cloverleaf and Rhapsody interface engines.
- Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, X12).
- Experience supporting interfaces in a clinical or healthcare IT environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting interface issues, log analysis, and resolving data mapping errors.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other integration tools or EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
- Scripting or programming experience (e.g., TCL, JavaScript, Python) related to interface customization.
- Familiarity with network protocols, secure data transmission, and interface monitoring tools.
