6-month W-2 contract assignment (potential to extend)
Pay: $35-37 / HR
Our client, a prominent global computer technology company recognized for its SSDs, USB flash drives, and memory card products, is looking for a TA Compliance Coordinator to join their team. You will support the Global Talent Acquisition team and focus on compliance-related tasks to improve systems, tools, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage I-9 documentation process for new hires in the United States.
- Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary.
- Participate on project teams as assigned.
- Suggest process changes for continuous improvement.
Education & Skills
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Degree is a plus!
- 2 years of experience in TA or HR function.
- Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR
- Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using HR systems
- Proficiency with MS Office
