Talent Acquisition Compliance Coordinator
Milpitas, CA (Hybrid)
6-month W-2 contract assignment (potential to extend)
Pay: $35-37 / HR
 
Our client, a prominent global computer technology company recognized for its SSDs, USB flash drives, and memory card products, is looking for a TA Compliance Coordinator to join their team.  You will support the Global Talent Acquisition team and focus on compliance-related tasks to improve systems, tools, and procedures.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Manage I-9 documentation process for new hires in the United States.
  • Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Participate on project teams as assigned.
  • Suggest process changes for continuous improvement.

 
Education & Skills 
 

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED
  • Degree is a plus!
  • 2 years of experience in TA or HR function.
  • Strong understanding of administrative operations in Staffing/HR
  • Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office
