Web Program Manaer
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
6 months (with strong potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour (DOE)
On behalf of our client one of the largest ridesharing companies, we are seeking a Web Program Manager to lead and manage web initiatives that span cross-functional teams. In this role, you will oversee projects from discovery to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage company's web projects from concept to completion, collaborating with teams including Marketing, Communications, Growth, Legal, and Privacy.
· Lead discovery and consultation sessions, offering strategic and technical solutions tailored to stakeholder needs.
· Handle ambiguity effectively and work independently to drive results.
· Maintain and oversee Airtable intake requests, ensuring proper execution of changes, asset implementation, QA, and adherence to best practices.
· Communicate updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and cross-team partners throughout project lifecycles.
· Manage updates and maintenance for company pages and microsites using CMS tools.
· Oversee permissions for CMS site access.
· Support reporting and analytics requests using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Singular.
· Assist with creating Singular links, Bit.ly URLs, and QR codes for marketing and operational needs.
· Leverage web analytics to guide decisions and share insights on performance metrics.
· Support SEO efforts, data-driven decision-making, site optimization, and A/B testing.
Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in digital or web project/program management, with proven success working across technical, marketing, and agency teams.
· 4+ years of experience in web marketing, including expertise in SEO, data analysis, site optimization, and A/B testing.
· Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful), project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Singular).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
