San Francisco, CA (94107) 100% ON-SITE

6-7 month contract with potential to extend/ convert to FTE

Pay Rate: $27/ HR

About You:

Join our dynamic team as a Workplace Operations Coordinator where your hands-on badging access experience takes center stage. While familiarity with Brivo is a plus, we welcome candidates with expertise in other badging systems, prioritizing a proven track record in access control. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a secure and efficient workplace environment along with your lively presence at our reception area.

Additional Requirements:

  • Badging Experience is a Must: Possess hands-on badging access experience, controlling access to closets, restricted areas, floors, doors, and buildings, managing new hires, offboarding, printing new badges, etc.
  • System Familiarity: Familiarity with Brivo is preferred, but experience with other badging systems is acceptable, please note which in your resume.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our rideshare client culture at the reception area, maintaining candy stations, front desk appearance, and lobby area.
  • Greet employees and guests warmly, serving as the first and last point of contact.
  • Ensure workplace music aligns with our rideshare client's Core Values and maintains an appropriate volume level.
  • Manage weekly inventory of workplace items, restock supply closets, and support local teams with inventory management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/shipments across all workplaces.
  • Unpack and stock Workplace deliveries in designated areas or facilitate shipments to desired locations.
  • Assist in general conference room bookings.
  • Respond to Zendesk tickets, address workplace inquiries, and escalate incidents to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate with security for incoming visitors, ensuring name tags are provided at the reception desk.
  • Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve employee/guest questions or concerns.

Experience & Skills:

  • Passion for facilitating a positive employee experience through operational support.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of Workplace-related experience.
  • Badging experience with a focus on access control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • Familiarity with Brivo or other badging systems.
